With 27 years of skate sharpening experience, Shawn is a trusted expert for skaters looking for the perfect edge. Backed by 9 years in management and 13 years in retail, he brings a strong customer-first approach to every interaction.

Originally from Nelson, BC and now based in Osoyoos, Shawn is passionate about the outdoors and the game of hockey, currently completing his NHL GM/Scouting certification. At SessionsOutdoor Sports, he’s here to help you get dialed in for your next adventure.

Regan has been a driving force in the South Okanagan biking community for decades, from early grassroots efforts like “Osoyoos Needs a Skate Park” to building and maintaining trails throughout Osoyoos and Oliver. A skilled technician and chronic tinkerer, he’s always pushing to improve both bikes and the overall riding experience.

He’s also the creator behind Pain Brothers Racing Gear, a homegrown brand built for riders who live and breathe the sport. Combined with his passion for 3D printing and deep knowledge of trail building, Regan brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to everything he does.

At Sessions, he’s focused on growing the biking community and helping every rider get the most out of their time on the trail.

Zane brings great energy and a strong work ethic to the team, always ready to help out wherever needed and keep things running smoothly in the shop.

A student at Osoyoos Secondary, he’s passionate about staying active and playing a wide range of sports including hockey, mountain biking, skiing, basketball, and especially golf, which he’salways looking to get out and play whenever he can.

When he’s not in school or at work, you’ll find him outside, listening to music, practicing his skills, or cruising around town, making the most of his time outdoors.

Brody brings energy, dedication, and a strong passion for the outdoors to everything he does.

Brody graduates from Osoyoos Senior Secondary in June 2026. He is a competitive hockey player who played with Okanagan Hockey Academy for 4 years before moving up to KIJHL. He started his 2025-2026 year with Revelstoke Grizzlies before coming home to play for his home town team Osoyoos Coyotes and finish school in Osoyoos.

When he’s off the ice, you’ll find him chasing adventure in the mountains skiing in the winter, mountain biking in the summer, or getting out on the water whenever he can. Brody is always on the move and making the most of every season.

Kirsten is the driving force behind Sessions Outdoor Sports, keeping everything moving behind the scenes and leading the team with energy, care, and intention. As co-owner alongside Len, she plays a key role in shaping the shop’s culture and day-to-day flow.

If you know Kirsten, you know she’s always on the move, often with a camera in hand, capturing moments from the rink, the mountains, and wherever Brody, Zane, and the crew are in action.

She has a natural eye for storytelling and a passion for highlighting the community around her.

Len is one of the owners of Sessions Outdoor Sports and is deeply rooted in the Osoyoos community, where his passion for building, people, and the outdoors all come together. Whether it’s on the bike, at the rink, or exploring the valley, he’s always been driven by a love for staying active and connected to the place he calls home.

A lifelong sports enthusiast and hockey coach, Len brings energy, leadership, and a team-first mindset into everything he does. At Sessions, he works alongside co-owner Kirsten to support the team, strengthen community connections, and keep the focus on helping others get outside and enjoy the South Okanagan.

Kelly believes life is best lived adventurously, and the outdoors is where she feels most at home, whether on a forest trail, at a campsite, or relaxing with her dog by her side.

After 20+ years in Osoyoos on and off and a background in banking and finance, she followed her passion for the outdoors to the Sessions team, helping others find their own reset outside.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find her in the woods with family and friends, camping, fishing, or at her cabin with her dog Jack. She’s here to help you get outside and make the most of it.

Regan’s side, he’s a familiar face around the shop and a constant reminder of why we do what we do, getting outside and enjoying the moment.

Whether he’s greeting customers, keeping watch at the shop, or tagging along on daily adventures, Boon brings calm energy, friendliness, and a strong appreciation for being part of the pack.
