All rentals may require acceptance of additional rental terms and a waiver of liability.
By renting equipment, you agree that:
You are responsible for the equipment from pickup until return
You will use the equipment safely and in accordance with all applicable laws
You will return equipment in the same condition (normal wear excepted)
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. Additional charges may apply.
Cycling and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By using our equipment, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
4. Repairs & Service Work
We take care in servicing all equipment; however:
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or manufacturer defects
Customers are responsible for ensuring their equipment is safe prior to use
Estimates are provided where possible, but final costs may vary
5. Payments
All purchases and services must be paid in full at the time of transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our in-store policy. Certain items—including used equipment, safety gear, and clearance items may be final sale.
7. User Responsibilities
