Osoyoos is well known for it’s hot dry climate, our beautiful Lake, and of course the wineries and vineyards that grow some of the best wine grapes in the world.
But Osoyoos also has a tonne of beautiful parks, pathways and lake front beaches. Below we’ve listed some of our favourite routes for you to explore! Must see places in Osoyoos
A couple of our personal favourite must see spaces in Oosyoos, they provide insight into the natural beauty in our 1 of a kind micro climate, and a small taste of the unique diversity of life, and geology unlike anything anywhere else in Canada!
sw̓iw̓s Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia, Canada, located on the west side of Osoyoos Lake in the town of Osoyoos, which is on the Canada-United States border at the southern end of the Okanagan region of British Columbia.
Osoyoos Lake Regional Park is located on the East side of Osoyoos Lake at 16th Avenue and 45th Street, across from Brookvale Holiday Resort Campground. The park features many shady trees, a large sandy beach, washrooms, picnic tables, and parking.
The Okanagan Desert is the common name for a semi-arid shrubland located in the southern region of the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia and Washington. It is centred around the city of Osoyoos and is the only semi-arid shrubland in Canada.
