Policies and Customer Requirements

Customer Requirements.

  • Provide Name and Phone number

  • Return must be attempted within 14 days of original purchase

  • Must have Receipt or Proof of Purchase

  • For full refund, product must be unused and unopened

  • For partial refund, product must be unused, with opened original packaging

Sessions Outdoor Sports Inc, offers a standard 14 day return policy from the Date of purchase. For any reason during this time period a customer may return an item that is unused, and/or unopened with their receipt for a full refund. If a customer cannot provide a receipt or proof of purchase it will be returned instead as in-store credit

Standard Returns

Sessions Outdoor Sports Inc, offers a standard 14 day return policy from the Date of purchase. For any reason during this time period a customer may return an item that is opened but unused for a partial refund. A scaling open box fee ranging from 10% - 25% of the items original price will be charged at the discretion of the cashier depending on the state of the item and it’s packaging. Customers will require a receipt or proof of purchase, otherwise the balance will be paid out as in-store credit.

Open Box.

Sessions Outdoor Sports Inc, offers a standard 14 day return policy from the Date of purchase. For any reason during this time period a customer may return an item that is unused, and/or unopened with their receipt for a full refund. If a customer cannot provide a receipt or proof of purchase it will be returned instead as in-store credit. Sessions Staff will always recommend a Test ride before purchasing a bicycle to ensure the fit, and performance is at an acceptable level PRIOR to purchase. If a bicycle is used, A one time 15% re-stocking fee, as well as a daily rental fee of 5% of the total value of the bike ($50 minimum) will be charged, starting from the sale date, and will only be accepted by a member of staff by their discretion, after which the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Damaged bicycles, through the fault of the owner or user error will not be eligible for return.

Bicycles/Tricycles

Defective or Warranty items.

Items found to be defective or liable for a warranty service/replacement will be handled in-line with the manufacturers requirements and will be subject to testing, and approval for such refunds, exchanges or repairs by the discretion of the service advisor as well as the respective brands own warranty and return policies. This may in some, circumstances extend the period in which an item may be returned based on the implications of the defect or warranty item. Sessions Outdoor Sports does not guarantee that all warranty requests or claims will be approved by the companies or vendors from which the products were obtained, and will be held harmless for any and all warranty requests that were not approved there by.
